One afternoon, as customers were leaving Capital One branch, an urgent announcement came over the loudspeaker: ‘Please be advised that our ATM has developed a unique feature—it now dispenses freshly-brewed coffee!’ A delivery driver approached the counter, grinning broadly. ‘I’ll take two!’ he joked, holding up his empty cup. A few minutes later, another customer exclaimed, ‘Hey, wait—this isn’t coffee! It’s… milk?’ The cashier shrugged apologetically and announced into the mic: ‘We’re working on it! Next dispensing: guaranteed caffeinated!’
