About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At dusk, when most clinics were quieting down, a delivery driver noticed something peculiar outside Wells Branch Pet & Bird Clinic. A small bird kept flying in circles around the parking lot, its wings slightly drooping. Curious, he approached and saw that the bird was trying to land on an old hat hanging from a nearby tree branch. With a gentle smile, the delivery driver picked up the hat and placed it closer to the clinic’s entrance. The little fellow finally perched there, satisfied, while a neighbor commented, ‘Must be one of those lost souls looking for his own pet store!’
2. At closing time one day, Dr. Jenkins overheard a neighbor saying, ‘I’ll never understand why that bird clinic always has such noisy patients.’ Curious, Dr. Jenkins decided to investigate and found out that their noisy patients were actually just a group of parrots practicing for an upcoming talent show. The clinic was filled with laughter as everyone realized the misunderstanding had been amusingly mischievous.
3. At closing time one day, Dr. Jenkins found an unusual item in the clinic’s waiting room: a small bird cage filled with sunflower seeds and empty water bottles. Curious, he opened it and discovered a note: ‘Thank you for your care of my feathered friend. He loved his visit so much that I left him some snacks.’ Turns out, someone had brought their parrot in for checkup, but the bird decided to sneakily escape during the night, leaving behind only a grateful message and an unexpected party favor.'
4. After hours, when the last patients had left and the lights were dimmed, someone began hearing soft chirping coming from the empty waiting room. Curious, one of the vets went in and found nothing but a small cage with a single parakeet inside. The bird kept saying, ‘Where’s my treat? It’s after hours!’ Turned out the little guy was just hungry and confused.
