A few stories people tell about this place
1. In Dr. Bary’s waiting room one morning, a regular noticed something peculiar on the receptionist’s desk—a small, dusty jar labeled ‘Free Samples.’ Curious, he picked it up and found it contained tiny, perfectly wrapped candies shaped like pills. A delivery driver took one out of curiosity, popped it in his mouth—and suddenly felt an urge to sing opera. The receptionist calmly asked if everything was alright, while everyone else in the room burst into laughter. Turns out, those were just candy-pills for stress relief.
2. A neighborhood kid was skipping stones in the parking lot when he heard an odd sound from inside Dr. Bary’s clinic. The stone skipped once more before coming to rest near a strange glowing sign that read ‘Weight Loss Specialist’. Curious, the boy peeked through the window and saw Dr. Bary whispering into his handheld device while surrounded by colorful balloons floating aimlessly around the room. Suddenly, one balloon popped with a loud pop, causing Dr. Bary to jump and exclaim, ‘Another failed experiment!’ The neighborhood kid laughed so hard he almost fell off his bike.
3. In Dr. Bary's office one afternoon, a delivery driver opened the door and was startled by a strange humming noise coming from behind the reception desk. Curious, he approached the desk and saw an old radio blinking faintly. ‘Doctor Bary must’ve left it on,’ thought the delivery driver with a smile. Just then, Dr. Bary emerged from his backroom, scratching his head: “I’ll be darned… I totally forgot about that thing.”
4. In Dr. Bary’s waiting room one day, a patient asked curiously, ‘Doc, why do you always leave your window open?’ With a twinkle in his eye, Dr. Bary replied, 'Well, my dear patient, I like to keep nature's air conditioning on full blast!' A delivery driver then chimed in from behind, 'And it keeps those pesky mosquitoes away too.' The whole waiting room burst into laughter.
