4. At lunchtime, when agents were deep in negotiations, a voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Urban Suburban, your dream home is calling!’ One day, a delivery driver asked curiously into the intercom: ‘Urban Suburban, is that you or my GPS going crazy?’ And an agent replied with a smile: ‘It’s us both, mate—we’re leading you to your future home!’
