About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At dawn, when most agents were still sipping coffee in their offices, a delivery driver pulled up outside RE/MAX Executive Realty with an unusual package. The box had no label and when he opened it, everyone inside gasped—there was nothing but a single piece of paper reading: ‘The first one’s free.’ Curious, the receptionist took out the note and smiled. It read: 'Welcome to RE/MAX Executive Realty! The first listing's free.' From that day on, whenever someone asked for help finding a home, they’d hear: "Come see our latest offer—it’s completely free!" Everyone knew it was just a prank, but nobody cared—they loved the joke so much.
2. At closing time, when the last client had left and the lights were dimming, an old man approached the reception desk. ‘Excuse me,’ he whispered, pointing towards the empty office next door. ‘I thought I heard someone whispering “RE/MAX forever”.’ Receptionist smiled politely. ‘That’s just Mr. Johnson from accounting,’ she said softly. ‘He likes to talk to himself sometimes.’ Old man nodded knowingly as he walked away, muttering under his breath, ‘RE/MAX forever indeed!’
3. One morning, while the receptionist was checking emails, she heard an unfamiliar voice from behind the counter. ‘Excuse me,’ said a polite but uncertain man, ‘I’m here for my appointment with Agent Smith.’ The receptionist smiled and turned around. Behind her stood a delivery driver holding a large box of donuts. 'Agent Smith loves doughnuts,' he explained sheepishly. 'He’s probably in the back, celebrating his latest sale.' The receptionist laughed, shaking her head. 'Apparently, he forgot to mention that part of our meeting!'
4. At closing time, when the last client had left and the lights were dimming, a familiar voice called out from the empty hallway: ‘Anybody seen my lucky pen? I never leave it here!’ No one answered, so the voice continued softly: 'I know it's around here somewhere...' Suddenly, an intern poked his head out of the office and said, 'Sir, your lucky pen is on top of your head!' Everyone burst into laughter as the realtor sheepishly reached up and removed the tiny writing instrument.
