About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. A little girl walked into the waiting room, clutching her teddy bear tightly. As she approached the reception desk, her eyes widened and she pointed excitedly towards the ceiling. ‘Mommy,’ she whispered, ‘look at those funny lights!’ Her mother glanced up and saw nothing unusual—until she realized everyone else in the room had stopped what they were doing and was staring upward too. Just then, an elderly gentleman standing nearby cleared his throat and said, 'Why, that’s just our new ceiling fans, dear.' Everyone relaxed with embarrassed smiles, realizing their collective misinterpretation. The little girl giggled and asked if she could spin around in one of them next time.
2. A delivery driver pulled up to the clinic one morning and asked the receptionist, 'Do you accept cash or only Freedom Bucks?' The receptionist smiled and replied, ‘We only take Freedom Bucks here.’ The driver nodded knowingly, reached into his bag, and pulled out a wad of colorful bills. After counting them carefully, he said, ‘I thought so. Here’s five hundred—should cover my last three deliveries.’ Everyone in the waiting room burst out laughing, including the receptionist who whispered to her colleague, ‘Another regular.’
3. A small dog darted into the clinic's lobby, its tail wagging furiously. The receptionist looked down and smiled, thinking it belonged to someone there. But when she glanced up again, the dog had vanished, only leaving behind a faint whiff of freshly brewed coffee. Just then, an elderly gentleman approached the counter, holding a crumpled envelope. ‘I believe this is mine,’ he said with a twinkle in his eye. The receptionist took it, her smile growing wider as she realized it was indeed his—complete with a note reading “Please return to Mr. Jenkins.” Turning around, she saw him sitting contentedly in one of the waiting room chairs, sipping on a cup of coffee.
