Puzzled, he checked every crate—nothing out of place. Then he noticed an old banana peel on the floor. With a smile, he thought, ‘Must be that banana talking again.’

4. At closing time, as the last customer left, a regular stopped to ask the cashier: ‘Did you notice how all the bananas seem to point in one direction?’ The cashier smiled and replied, ‘Yes, I noticed that too! They always do that.’ The regular laughed and said, ‘Maybe they’re pointing towards the exit so customers can leave faster!’ Everyone chuckled, and the last banana pointed cheerfully into the night.
