1. One day, an anxious neighbor rushed in and announced over the intercom: ‘All laundry customers are hereby ordered to wear their underwear inside out today!’ Everyone looked at each other, confused but compliant, and slowly started putting on their undies inside-out. A regular customer, noticing a delivery driver with his socks backwards, whispered, 'Hey, you're doing it wrong!' The whole place erupted in laughter as someone from upstairs yelled down, 'Just do your best, everyone!'
3. A delivery driver arrived one afternoon with a mysterious box marked only ‘Laundry Detergent.’ As he opened it, everyone watched in amazement as colorful balloons began floating out of the laundromat doors. The balloons filled the sky like confetti at a parade, and soon every kid in town was chasing them down Mifflin’s street. A neighbor ran outside yelling, 'Someone please stop these colorful invaders!' But no one could—until an old lady emerged from her house, waving a broomstick and shouting, 'Off with you, little clouds!' The balloons promptly turned around and flew back into the laundromat, never to be seen again.
4. One night, a regular stopped the attendant mid-drain and asked, 'Why do our socks always disappear here?' The attendant shrugged with a smile, ‘They say that Mifflin’s was built on an old laundromat from another world.
