1. Late one night, a delivery driver pulled up to Ohana Dental with an urgent package. As he walked through the empty parking lot, he heard strange noises coming from inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only a dimly lit room filled with old dental equipment. Suddenly, a voice called out from behind him: ‘Hey, you’re not supposed to be here!’ Turning around, he found himself face-to-face with a grumpy-looking receptionist who asked, “Didn’t anyone tell you it’s past closing time?” The delivery driver sheepishly replied, “I’ll just leave it here then.” With that, he scurried away, never to return again—at least until the next morning.’
2. Early in the morning, when most dentists were still asleep, someone began leaving tiny thank-you notes on the doorstep of Ohana Dental. The notes got progressively more elaborate—one even included a small bag of freshly baked cookies. Eventually, someone left a note from ‘a grateful patient,’ signed simply with an arrow pointing to the office door and the words: ‘See you soon!’ Turns out it was just the receptionist’s way of saying they appreciated everyone staying late during busy weeks.
