One morning, a delivery driver asked an odd question as he loaded boxes into Build Idaho’s showroom: ‘Why does that old clock always chime “Idaho” instead of the right time?’ The owner shrugged and said, ‘It’s just an old quirk.’ Then, turning to his neighbor who happened to be passing by, he added with a wink, ‘Besides, it keeps us on our toes—always double-checking the time!’
2. A salesman at Build Idaho looked up from his computer one day and muttered, ‘I thought I saw that house before.’ His colleague glanced over curiously but shrugged it off until they both noticed customers pointing and whispering in the showroom. Soon enough, everyone in the office was staring at the same house on the screen—an old, quirky place with a crooked chimney and mismatched windows. The manager finally leaned back and grinned, 'Maybe it's just an old friend.' And thus, Build Idaho earned itself a new nickname: 'The Estate Agent Who Talks to Houses.'
3. A little boy followed his dad into the office of Build Idaho, pointing excitedly at something on the wall. ‘Dad,’ he whispered, ‘why does that picture move?’ His dad smiled and pointed up to a small fan above the picture. 'Son,' he said gently, 'that’s not a moving picture—it’s just the ceiling fan casting shadows.' The boy nodded thoughtfully, then looked back at the fan with new curiosity. 'So why does it only do that when Mr. Johnson comes to look at houses?'
4. A realtor at Build Idaho was showing a house when she suddenly stopped mid-sentence. Out of the corner of her eye, she thought she saw a shadowy figure standing in the kitchen. Peering closer, there was nothing but empty space. Curious, she glanced around again—and this time noticed an oversized pizza box on the counter. ‘Oh,’ she muttered, realizing it must’ve been the delivery guy’s reflection. She laughed and continued the tour, muttering under her breath that some days you just can’t trust shadows.’
