1. One morning, a delivery driver pulled up outside the office and noticed something odd: the realtor’s window was glowing faintly from within. Curious, he knocked on the door, but there was no answer. The driver peered inside cautiously and saw only an empty desk and a blinking computer screen. Smiling to himself, he thought maybe it was just a glitch in the software. Later that day, when everyone arrived for work, they found a note on the door: 'Office temporarily closed for technical reasons. Please visit us at our new location.' The building stood abandoned ever since.

2. A young boy walked into the realtor's office one afternoon, pointing excitedly out the window. ‘Mom,’ he said, ‘look! The house across the street is talking!’ The realtor smiled and nodded knowingly. 'Oh, that old house,' she whispered. 'It's been trying to sell itself for years.' The driver joked, ‘Maybe it’s his new house!’ Everyone laughed, and soon enough, the dog was posing proudly outside the office, holding up a tiny sign that read “World’s Best Estate Agent.”
