1. One morning, a delivery driver pulled up to Shell and asked the attendant, ‘Do you ever see that old lady who parks her car in the middle of the night?’ The attendant shrugged. ‘Nope, never saw her.’ The next evening, as they were closing, an elderly woman drove in, parked right in the middle of the lot, got out, and walked into the gas station. She smiled warmly at them and said, “I’m here every night, filling my heart with good memories.” Everyone burst out laughing, realizing she was just another friendly neighborhood regular.

2. At dawn one day, a sleepy-eyed man walked into Shell and muttered to himself, 'I swear I saw that gas pump smiling at me last night.' The attendant looked puzzled but shrugged it off. Later that morning, an old delivery driver pulled up and asked if anyone had seen a smile on the pump. Just then, another customer pointed out that the sun was shining through the morning mist, creating a perfect illusion of a grinning pump. Everyone laughed, including the sleepy-eyed man who realized his imagination was playing tricks again. From then on, Shell became known for its ‘smiling’ pumps during early-morning fogs.

3. At dusk, a little girl pointed excitedly at Shell and whispered to her mom, ‘Mommy, why does that gas station make funny noises when it rains?’ Her mother smiled and gently replied, ‘Honey, it’s just Shell talking to the rain.’ A nearby delivery driver chuckled and added, ‘It only speaks when it wants company.’ The little girl giggled, content with the answer, as they drove off into the twilight.

4. One foggy night, an old trucker parked at Shell and heard over the PA: 'If you see a unicorn in our parking lot, don't be alarmed—just fill ’er up!' Suddenly, out of the mist trotted a sparkly white unicorn with rainbow-mane! The trucker grinned, pulled out his credit card, and whispered to the beast, ‘Fill her up, girl!’ As he drove off, a delivery driver shook his head and muttered, ‘Guess that’s why they call it Shell.’
