About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. Late one night, a delivery driver pulled up outside Bright Now! Dental with an urgent package. As he approached the door, he heard faint whispers coming from inside—voices that seemed to be arguing in perfect dental hygiene. Curious, he cracked open the door just enough to peer inside and saw nothing but shadows. Then, out of nowhere, he heard a voice say, ‘Floss or brush? Floss or brush?’ Turned out it was only a regular patient debating his evening routine. The delivery driver left, shaking his head and smiling, wondering if everyone in town had lost their minds—or maybe just their sense of normality.
2. At dawn, a jogger passing Bright Now! Dental stopped in surprise—someone had left the door ajar, and from inside came a strange humming noise like a swarm of bees on speed. Curious, the jogger peered inside and saw an old man in a lab coat frantically adjusting something behind the counter. ‘Just testing out our new LED lights,’ he explained with a smile. The humming stopped as suddenly as it started, leaving only the morning breeze rustling through the trees outside. The jogger nodded and continued running, thinking maybe next time she’d stop for a check-up at Bright Now!’s Dental.
3. A neighborhood cat, famously mischievous and always on the prowl for adventure, began spending its nights perched outside Bright Now! Dental's open door. The staff soon grew accustomed to the feline visitor, but no one could explain why it preferred their office over any other building. One night, a delivery driver arrived with a box full of treats, thinking the cat must be hungry. Turns out, the cat was just curious about all those funny sounds coming from inside. Since then, whenever someone mentions Bright Now! Dental, everyone in the area whispers, ‘Oh, you mean where that pesky cat hangs out?’
4. At closing time, an anxious voice crackled over Bright Now! Dental’s intercom: ‘To all patients leaving tonight—please be sure to brush your teeth before bed!’ As the last patient left, a delivery driver approached the reception desk, scratching his head. 'Hey,' he said, 'I just brought you some snacks.' The receptionist smiled and replied, 'We appreciate that, but maybe next time bring us something for our teeth?'
