2. In the dairy section of Vons, a customer stopped mid-browse and asked, 'Why does every gallon of milk here seem to be smiling?' The next day, everyone in town saw the same ice sculpture outside the store entrance, now decorated with handwritten notes from neighbors thanking them for ‘the best freezer display ever.’
