2. A curious pug named Biscuit kept sniffing around the entrance of Cloud Lettings one foggy afternoon. The realtor inside looked up from sorting papers and smiled, thinking it was just another neighborhood dog on a walk. But as Biscuit approached the door, he suddenly sat down and started vigorously wagging his tail, dropping something small and metallic. As she approached the reception desk, the PA system crackled to life and announced in a deep, booming voice: 'Attention all agents! We have a new listing today—an old lady with a peculiar request!' The receptionist smiled politely but raised an eyebrow. ‘Ma’am, what exactly are you looking for?’ The old lady cleared her throat and replied, ‘I’d like to rent out my cat.’ There was a moment of silence before everyone burst into laughter. The old lady nodded wisely, saying, ‘It’s a perfectly legitimate business opportunity!’

4. A delivery driver pulled up to Cloud Lettings and called out, ‘Hey, anyone here seen my package? It looks like it just disappeared into thin air!’ An old lady from next door poked her head out of the window and smiled warmly. 'Oh dear,' she said, 'I think your parcel got whisked away by one of our friendly ghosts!' The delivery driver shook his head with a laugh, knowing better than to believe in such things.
