About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At night, when no one was around, a little boy would come running into Team Ford Lincoln showroom. His eyes wide with wonder, he kept pointing towards the sky and whispering something about ‘the glowing cars’. Employees thought it was just a kid’s imagination until they noticed the same phenomenon happening late every week. Finally, someone asked him what those glowing cars meant. The boy giggled and pointed to his toy truck, saying, 'They’re delivering gas!' Turned out, his dad worked as a delivery driver for Ford, and every week, trucks with neon lights would pull up outside. Everyone laughed, realizing it was just a neighborhood kid having fun.
2. At closing time, an old janitor would sweep the floor, humming softly to himself. Suddenly, he’d hear a faint beep from behind the counter. Turning around, he’d see a shadowy figure reaching for the keys of a vintage Ford Mustang model. Finally, the janitor would reach out and grab the keys, only to discover they were attached to his own truck. With a chuckle, he’d say, ‘Another night, old friend,’ and drive off into the sunset—well, actually, just down to the corner store for some coffee.
3. At dawn, when the sun first peeked over the horizon, a delivery driver noticed something odd outside Team Ford Lincoln. The windshield wipers were moving, even though it wasn’t raining. Curious, he walked around the car and saw that the radio was playing softly, an old rock ballad. Inside, the air conditioner hummed gently, as if someone had left it on by mistake. Turning off everything, the delivery driver went back inside, but later that morning, while delivering packages, he heard from a neighbor that the sales manager’s coffee maker had also started brewing itself.
4. At midnight, when the city slept, a salesman in the showroom started noticing strange reflections in the mirrors. One night, while polishing a model, he saw his reflection merge with an old neighbor who claimed to be testing new holographic technology. They spent the rest of the night arguing over whose turn it was to bring donuts for the morning staff.
