The truck’s headlights seemed to follow him as he walked home from his early-morning jog. Curious, he glanced back and saw only an empty lot. Shrugging it off, he continued running. Later that day, while shopping in Safeway, he overheard a delivery driver remarking to another colleague, ‘Did you see that dude? He looked like he thought my truck was following him!’ Everyone burst into laughter, realizing the whole neighborhood had been sharing the same morning spectacle.
