Just then, an elderly patient walked out, humming softly to herself. The receptionist winked at him and said, ‘She’s just found her favorite song.’

4. In the waiting room one evening, an anxious patient whispered to her friend, 'I thought therapy was supposed to help, not make you feel like you're in another world altogether.' Suddenly, a gruff voice interrupted from behind them: ‘Hey, if it’s another dimension you’re after, I hear the coffee shop down the street has some pretty strange characters.’ The two women looked up to see a delivery driver smirking at them. They both burst out laughing and decided maybe therapy wasn’t so bad after all.
