A grumpy old man finally growled, 'This is ridiculous!' but ended up smiling when he received his cuddle. The nurse laughed and said, 'Welcome to Onslow Pediatric Associates, where your comfort comes first!'

3. No one else seemed to notice but the sound grew louder with each passing patient. Finally, an old lady entered and asked for her grandchild’s check-up. The nurse smiled, turned off the microphone, and whispered back: ‘Ma’am, that’s Dr. Onslow’s PA—she’s just not very talkative today.’
