Since then, everyone says if you leave something valuable here, it’ll mysteriously return—though no one’s ever actually lost anything important. Another rumor has it that if you whisper your wish into the sea breeze while standing outside after dark, the doctor might just appear with a bottle of forgotten medicine in his hand. Of course, nobody's ever seen him do this, but why not give it a try? It can't hurt—and who knows, maybe you'll get a free lollipop too!

2. One morning, an Island Doctor impatiently waved at a delivery driver waiting outside. ‘Your package is here,’ he shouted, leaning out the window with a smile, not realizing that the entire town had gathered around to watch him perform his daily routine. Finally, after a moment of confusion, everyone burst into laughter when they saw what the doctor was holding—a box filled with donuts. Turns out, it wasn’t medicine but breakfast for the staff.

3. At dawn, a delivery driver arrived early with fresh supplies for Island Doctors. As he waited in the dim light, an elderly doctor appeared in the window and whispered something into the breeze. The driver tilted his head curiously but couldn’t make out what was said. Just as he shrugged it off, the old doc waved him inside, pointing to a basket of freshly baked cookies on the counter. ‘For you,’ he grinned, then disappeared back into the shadows. The driver smiled, took a cookie, and thought to himself, “Guess that’s why they call it Island Doctors.”

4. One day, after hours of endless rain, a curious child knocked on the door of Island Doctors. When asked what she wanted, she pointed up towards the sign above the entrance, asking why it read ‘Open For Business’ when everyone knew they were closed due to the storm. The doctor looked outside and saw that the sign’s old mechanism had simply flipped over in the wind, pointing to ‘Open’. With a smile, he said, ‘Well, looks like our sign is more determined than us!’ The little girl giggled and ran off, leaving behind her umbrella, which later became a joke among the staff—‘our first patient of the day’.
