One evening, a group of them gathered there with flashlights and picnic blankets, listening to ‘Happy Birthday’ and ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star.’ The next day, the delivery driver found a note on his truck: ‘Thanks for the concert!’ signed simply, ‘A Grateful Neighborhood.’

2. While dropping off supplies one day, a delivery driver glanced up and saw something peculiar outside Happy Smiles. A little girl with big eyes and a wide smile waved from the window, beckoning him inside. Curious, he peered through the window and noticed that the door was ajar. Inside, amidst the usual dental equipment, sat an old teddy bear wearing a lab coat. The delivery driver shook his head, smiled, and quietly closed the door behind him. 3. While unloading boxes in the parking lot of Happy Smiles, a delivery driver found an old, dusty accordion leaning against a tree. Nobody claimed it, so he took it inside for safekeeping. One day, a regular patient arrived with her little granddaughter. The child, seeing the accordion, asked if she could play it during her checkup. To everyone’s surprise, she played ‘Twinkle Twinkle Little Star’ flawlessly! It turned out that the accordion belonged to the dentist’s great-aunt, who used to perform at local events. Now, every Wednesday, kids come in just to hear the magical music before their teeth cleaning.

4. While loading crates into the back of his truck, a delivery driver heard an unusual announcement over Happy Smiles’ intercom: ‘Attention everyone—please smile as wide as you can for the next five minutes. It’s national toothy-grin day!’ Curious, he looked up and saw dozens of patients, their mouths agape in exaggerated grins, while the dentist calmly waved him inside. ‘Don’t worry,’ she said with a twinkle in her eye, ‘it’s just our annual “Smile So Big It Hurts” competition!’
