4. On a particularly foggy morning, while Dr. Lee was polishing a set of porcelain veneers, the receptionist suddenly pointed towards the window. Outside, amidst the mist, stood a delivery driver waving frantically with a package that seemed twice its usual size. Curious, Dr. Lee walked over and peered through the glass door. The man’s expression was so earnest and his eyes so wide that even in the fog, everyone could tell he wasn’t delivering just any package. With a laugh, Dr. Lee opened the door, and out stepped a neighbor holding not one but two giant boxes filled with freshly baked pastries—an unexpected thank-you for always smiling during their morning commutes.
