Turning around, there was no one there—just empty aisles and the hum of refrigerators. But every now and then, late at night, when the market closed early, employees claimed they could still make out the faint sound of someone calling ‘Sargie!’ Finally, one employee decided to investigate after hearing the voice for the tenth time. Following the sounds into the produce section, they found…nothing but a lone apple rolling down the aisle, muttering, ‘Where’s my friend Sargie?’

2. One day while stocking shelves, an employee overheard a customer whispering, ‘I’ll meet you in the cheese aisle at midnight.’ Curious, she followed the voice to the back of the store where she found an old neighbor restocking the cheese section. He smiled and whispered, 'Just meeting for some late-night gossip—cheese always brings people together!'

3. While restocking the dairy section one night, a worker thought they saw milk bottles moving on their own. "Did anyone else just see that?" they whispered into the empty aisle. Suddenly, another voice answered from behind: ‘Of course I did! They’re dancing to that new pop song everyone’s talking about.’ The worker turned around—and there stood an old lady, pushing her shopping cart with a smile, humming along to the music only she could hear.

4. At midnight, when only the night manager was on duty, a voice crackled over the intercom: ‘Remember to check the bananas today—some are glowing in the dark.’ The next day, as the night manager checked the bananas, he found nothing unusual until an old lady approached him with a smile. ‘I saw your sign,’ she said. ‘Those bananas were delicious last week!’ The manager laughed and replied, ‘They’re just regular bananas, ma’am.’ She nodded wisely, ‘Ah, but they taste better when you believe they glow.’
