1. One day, while Corey Foster was polishing teeth in his dental office, he heard an unusual commotion outside. A little boy, holding his ice cream cone, suddenly stopped mid-step and stared wide-eyed into the window. The next thing anyone knew, every dog within earshot had joined him, sniffing curiously at something invisible. Curious, Dr. Foster opened the door just as a delivery driver swerved to avoid a small herd of dogs chasing after nothing. Turned out, one of his patients—a regular—had accidentally left a tube of special toothpaste on the counter with a scent so irresistible even grown-up canines couldn't resist it.

2. While Dr. Foster was adjusting braces on a young patient’s smile, something unusual happened. Suddenly, an anxious-looking poodle from the waiting room started barking and lunging towards the open door of the treatment room. As Dr. Foster tried to calm both the dog and his frightened patient, he noticed an older gentleman in the hallway holding a bag of groceries. ‘Excuse me,’ said Dr. Foster, motioning for him to come closer. ‘Would you mind distracting this little fellow while I finish up?’ The man smiled and nodded, taking the distressed poodle into his arms. By the time they were done, everyone had a good laugh—even the poodle seemed to enjoy its unexpected adventure.

3. While Dr. Foster was fitting a new crown, an old parrot suddenly squawked from behind the curtain: ‘You’re doing it wrong!’ Dr. Foster looked perplexed for a moment, then turned around and saw nobody but the empty surgery room. He shrugged, finished his work, and called out, ‘Thank you, wise bird!’ Later that day, while wrapping up his tools, he heard another voice whispering softly in his ear: “Hey doc, your drill is too loud.” He smiled and replied, “Must be my new patient, Mr. Quiet.”

4. While Dr. Foster was examining x-rays late one night, a strange noise came from the waiting room. "Did someone leave their cellphone here?" asked a puzzled receptionist. Curious, Dr. Foster walked into the empty waiting room and peered around. Suddenly, an old toothbrush fell out of the ceiling light fixture. ‘Oh, just an old cleaning tool,’ he muttered, shaking his head. As he returned to his office, he heard a familiar voice whispering in the hallway: “And you thought I was gone forever…” Turning back, he saw nothing but shadows flickering on the wall.
