A young employee approached him and asked if he needed help finding anything. With a twinkle in his eye, the man replied, 'Just these apples for my pie tonight.' The employee nodded knowingly and watched as the man left, whistling merrily. It turned out that every Wednesday, an elderly neighbor brought his special apple pies to share with everyone in the market.

Every now and then, someone would spot a shadowy figure quickly stuffing groceries into their bag.
