1. 2. A delivery driver pulled up to Royal Estates one morning with a mysterious package. As he stepped out, he noticed an old man staring intently from behind the window blinds. The delivery driver glanced around nervously and carefully placed the box on the counter. Suddenly, the old man whispered through the blinds, ‘Young fella, you’ve got the wrong place—this is just my retirement home!’ The driver laughed, relieved, while the old man added, ‘Next time, check the address before dropping off those “estate” packages.’
3. A little girl visiting her grandparents pointed excitedly at the Royal Estates sign, whispering, 'Grandma, what’s an estate agent?' 4. At dawn, when most El Pasoans were still asleep, a delivery driver pulled up to Royal Estates with an envelope marked ‘Confidential.’ The envelope contained only one sheet of paper with handwritten words: 'Dear Agent, please show this house to Mr. and Mrs. Regular.' Turns out, it was just another neighbor asking for help finding their lost keys.
