About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. A regular patient, checking in for routine vaccinations, noticed something peculiar one morning. ‘Hey,’ he said to the nurse, pointing towards the window, ‘is that an owl perched on your air conditioning unit?’ The nurse looked up and smiled, “Oh yes, that’s our new mascot, Hilda the Owl! She helps keep pests away.” The man scratched his head, slightly amused but still curious. “So, she just lives there?” asked the patient with a laugh. “Well,” replied the nurse, “she does deliveries too—packages from FedEx sometimes get confused!”
2. A sign above the entrance read: 'Please wear your mask and bring your passport.' One day, a delivery driver arrived without either, causing quite a commotion. The receptionist looked at him sternly but with a hint of amusement in her eyes. ‘Next time,’ she said, ‘maybe you should also bring your travel documents!’ The delivery driver sheepishly nodded, adjusted his mask, and left, promising never again to forget anything.
3. A delivery driver pulled up outside the clinic one afternoon, frowning as he scanned the parking lot. ‘Where’s my package gone?’ Suddenly a voice called from inside: 'Hey, delivery guy! Your package is here!' A young nurse appeared in the window holding a small box. The driver smiled sheepishly and said, 'Thanks, but I think I'll just keep an eye on it myself.' As he walked away, another patient chuckled, 'At least he knows where his packages are now!'
4. A delivery driver pulled up outside the clinic one day, puzzled as he tried to decipher the sign on the door: ‘Passport Health Dallas – Central Travel Clinic: Bring Your Own Passport!’ Finally, a helpful voice from inside shouted, 'Hey, just bring your passport if you want to get in!' The delivery driver grinned and walked away, muttering something about how some clinics really needed clearer signs. As he drove off, another neighbor passing by shook his head and said, 'That’s why they call it Passport Health, not Signage Services.'
