2. One morning, while filling up at Shell, a little girl noticed something odd. As she watched through the window, the gas pump started talking to the delivery driver. Curious, she tiptoed closer and heard the pump say, 'Morning, Joe. Your tank's running low today.' The delivery driver, named Joe, smiled and waved back, not realizing he was having a conversation with an inanimate object. A neighbor passing by laughed and said, 'Guess Joe's new friend is trying to help him out!'

3. At dawn, a delivery driver pulled up to Shell with a puzzled look on his face. He climbed out of his truck and approached the gas pump, muttering under his breath as he checked his clipboard. Finally, he noticed an old receipt stuck between the pages of his clipboard. ‘Oh no,’ he groaned, realizing it was from last week’s stop at Shell. ‘Guess I’m just that forgetful today.’ With a shake of his head, he filled up the tank and drove off, leaving behind a small crowd of neighbors who had gathered for the morning laugh.

4. At sunset, a jogger stopped for water near Shell. Suddenly, he heard whispers from inside the gas station. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only an old radio playing soft jazz. Startled, he asked aloud, ‘Who’s there?’ A voice replied, ‘Just the ghost of Shell, keeping the pumps company.’ The jogger laughed, filled up his bottle, and continued his run, wondering if maybe he’d had too much caffeine today.
