1. At midnight, when the gas station’s neon sign flickered, a voice boomed over the intercom: ‘Last fill-up of the night—get it while you can!’ And ever since then, customers swear they’ve seen an old man refilling tanks in the shadows. One evening, a delivery driver pulled up and asked the attendant if he’d seen the old man. The young guy laughed and said, ‘Nah, I’m the only one working tonight.’ Just then, the radio crackled with static, followed by a deep voice saying, ‘Fill ’er up, sonny boy…’ Everyone burst out laughing, realizing that maybe the place was haunted by its own friendly ghost.

2. At dusk, when the Sunoco pumps cast long shadows on the pavement, a little girl pointed and whispered, ‘Daddy, why does that gas pump wave?’ A delivery driver, scratching his head, replied, 'Honey, it’s not waving—it’s just trying to tell us it’s closing time!' The little girl giggled, and from then on, whenever they drove by, she’d point and say, 'Look, Daddy, the nice gas pump says goodnight!'

3. At closing time, when the last pump clicked off, an old truck pulled up to Sunoco. The attendant noticed its license plate was upside down. The attendant smiled and asked if everything was okay. ‘Oh, that?’ replied the driver with a chuckle. ‘I always park here for lunch, and my wife keeps reminding me to put it right side up.’ He winked and drove away, leaving the attendant shaking his head with a warm smile.

Curious, he followed the time anomaly for weeks until one evening, as he approached closing, the clock skipped ahead—and so did his coffee break. Turns out, an elderly neighbor had been adjusting it every night with her trusty old keychain fob. She thought it looked more ‘efficient’ that way.
