One evening, as a regular was leaving, he saw an envelope taped to the pump: ‘It’s been a pleasure serving you—take our best wishes for today!’ Inside was a single dime, along with a smiley face drawn in pencil.

2. One night, while filling up his truck, a delivery driver swore he heard faint laughter coming from inside Shell's empty office. Curious, he peered inside and saw only shadows dancing on the walls.
