Finally, a manager approached, curious and amused. ‘You’ve paid in nickels,’ he said, ‘but you’re draining our nickel supply!’ With a wink, the delivery driver replied, ‘Just filling up your tank—and your day—with some good old-fashioned fun.’

2. At midnight, when city streets fall silent, a strange figure began visiting The Roux. A delivery driver noticed him first, an old man with a weathered face who always paid for his coffee in exact change and left without a word. One morning, the barista noticed that the old man's coffee cup was filled with tiny daisies instead of coins. He smiled knowingly and poured himself another espresso, thinking, 'Another day, another mystery.'
