1. At night, when the pumps hummed softly and the neon sign flickered, an old man in a plaid shirt would often sit on the gas station’s concrete bench. A regular, no one knew exactly who he was or where he came from. One evening, a delivery driver pulled up and asked the old man for directions. The old man pointed towards the highway and said, ‘Head that way until you see the big glowing ball in the sky—turn left there.’ Everyone laughed, but the driver did just that and found his destination perfectly. From then on, everyone called him ‘Mr. Sunset’.

2. At dawn, when the gas station’s doors were just opening, a delivery driver noticed something peculiar on the loading dock—a large wooden crate marked ‘CITGO’ but sealed with an unfamiliar symbol. Curious, he opened it carefully and found… nothing but a pile of old newspapers wrapped in dusty rags. Turns out someone had accidentally delivered the wrong crate. The delivery driver shook his head and muttered, ‘Another day at Citgo.’

3. One morning, as a delivery driver filled up his truck, he heard over the loud speaker: ‘Attention, ladies and gentlemen—our new premium fuel is now so powerful it can start your car…even if you forgot your keys!’ A few days later, an old lady pulled up in her ancient car. The attendant asked, 'Ma’am, would you like some of our special fuel?' She replied, smiling, 'No thanks, sonny, I just need enough to get home—and maybe a little extra to scare my neighbors!'

4. At sunset, when the Citgo sign glowed red, a local jogger asked aloud: ‘Who turns off the gas pump lights so early?’ Just then, an old delivery driver walked by and grumbled, ‘That damn sign burns too much electricity! They finally got fed up and just killed the power.’ The jogger laughed and said, “Next time I’ll ask the ghosts who work nights!”
