1. A delivery driver pulled up to BP one morning and noticed something odd on the pump handle—a small, handwritten note reading ‘Ask for Sam.’ Curious, he filled up and asked the attendant about it. The attendant shrugged, saying only that customers occasionally left strange requests here. Soon enough, another driver arrived, saw the note, and asked for Sam too. The attendant looked perplexed but obliged. After a while, an older gentleman approached the counter with a big smile, handed over some cash, and said, ‘That’ll be for all of us, Sam!’ Turns out, Sam was just a friendly neighborhood prankster who loved playing tricks on drivers.

2. A little boy walked into the BP station, eyes wide with wonder as he pointed at the pump. ‘Daddy,’ he asked, ‘why does that gas pump have a smiley face?’ The father smiled and explained, ‘Son, it’s because every time someone fills up their car here, they leave happy!’ The boy nodded thoughtfully before turning back to his dad and saying, ‘Then why isn’t the smiley face crying when people pay for the gas?’

3. A regular was sitting in his usual spot, tapping his credit card impatiently. ‘Why does it always take them so long?’ he muttered. Behind him, someone cleared their throat softly. The voice belonged to a delivery driver who’d been waiting for gas next door. He whispered, ‘It’s not their fault—they’re probably trying to decide if they should upgrade to premium or just stick with regular.’ The regular laughed and said, ‘Oh yeah? Well, maybe they’re debating whether to keep this place open or close early because of you!’

4. A neighborhood cat had taken a liking to hanging out near the BP gas station. Every afternoon, it would saunter over, sit under the awning, and watch customers fill their tanks. One day, an elderly neighbor stopped by to buy coffee. Seeing the cat, he asked if he could feed it some leftover sandwich. The cat eagerly accepted, then promptly fell asleep on the counter. A startled cashier exclaimed, ‘That’s the most expensive sandwich I’ve ever seen!’
