1. One morning, while an elderly realtor was showing a house, she heard a strange humming noise coming from behind the walls. Curious, she followed it through the empty rooms until she found herself standing in front of an old cabinet. When she opened it, a faint scent of fresh-cut grass filled the air. Suddenly, she saw a small green caterpillar peeking out from one of the drawers. Startled, she closed the cabinet and rushed outside, only to bump into a delivery driver who asked if everything was alright. Turns out, the old lady had been talking to herself again—nothing unusual for ATCO's resident storyteller.

2. One day, during an ordinary showing at ATCO, a small boy pointed excitedly and whispered, ‘Mom, look! Is that ghost lady painting our house?’ The mother smiled and shook her head gently. ‘No, honey,’ she said softly, ‘that’s just Mrs. Jenkins from next door painting her roses.’ The little boy frowned thoughtfully for a moment before turning back with a smile, ‘Oh, okay Mom… but can we come back here again sometime? I like this place!’

3. While showing a newly listed property, the agent stopped for a moment, listening intently. ‘Did you hear that?’ she whispered to her client. Behind them, someone cleared their throat loudly. ‘No, I didn’t,’ said the client, leaning closer. The agent smiled mysteriously and pointed towards an empty room. ‘That’s just Mr. Jenkins next door. He always clears his throat when he sees us.’ They both laughed as they continued the tour, realizing it was indeed just another friendly neighborhood quirk.

4. At closing time, as the last customer left, a sign on the door read: ‘Next showing in 15 minutes.’ The next day, when the realtor arrived early for work, she found an old timer sitting in her office with a cup of coffee. ‘Morning,’ he said cheerfully. ‘I’m here for my 15-minute tour.’
