It leads to nothing but dust and cobwebs.’ The couple looked disappointed until he added, ‘But you’re welcome to paint it any colour you like!’

3. A delivery driver pulled up to the front door of The Boulevard Company one afternoon, completely oblivious to the curious stares from inside. As he unloaded boxes onto the porch, a neighbor popped his head out of his apartment and asked, ‘What on earth are you doing? This is an estate agency!’ The delivery driver sheepishly replied, ‘Oh, sorry! Thought it was the new storage unit across the street.’ He quickly loaded everything back into his truck and drove off, leaving everyone with a good laugh.

4. At dawn, a delivery driver pulled up to the front door of The Boulevard Company. As he unloaded boxes, he swore he heard someone whispering inside. Curious, he peered through the window and saw only empty desks and shelves. Just as he turned around, a friendly voice said, ‘Morning!
