About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. A little girl visiting her grandparents pointed excitedly one morning. ‘Look!’ she exclaimed. ‘The mailbox is talking to itself!’ Her grandmother just smiled and said, 'Honey, that’s not a talking mailbox— it's Onpoint Property Management.' Later that day, a delivery driver pulled up curiously. ‘What’s going on here?’ he asked. A neighbor shrugged, ‘Nothin’ much, just another conversation between ol’ Onpoint and his mailboxes.’ The driver shook his head with a smile, thinking to himself, ‘These Raymondians sure do find ways to entertain themselves.’
2. A delivery driver pulled up outside Onpoint Property Management office one afternoon and noticed something odd. His dog, usually oblivious to such things, began barking furiously at an empty parking space. The driver got out to see what was up and saw a small, perfectly round pebble sitting in the middle of the empty spot. He picked it up—it felt like a stone but had the texture of a marble. Just then, his colleague walked out and asked why he was standing there holding a rock. Turning around, they both burst into laughter when they realized the pebble was reflecting sunlight directly into each other’s eyes.
3. A neighbor stopped by one day and asked curiously, 'Did you see that?' He pointed towards the window, where an old clock on the wall seemed to move ever so slightly. I shook my head and smiled, ‘No, I didn’t notice anything.’ But then again, I was too busy checking out those fancy new office plants they just got in. The neighbor laughed and said, “Oh, it’s nothing much—just an old clock with a mind of its own.” And with that, he turned around and walked away, whistling a tune.
4. One morning, an elderly gentleman entered the Onpoint Property Management office with a large box under his arm. As he approached the reception desk, he cleared his throat loudly and announced into the intercom: ‘Attention, everyone! We’ve just received our new official company mascot—Mr. Pigeon! Please treat him with respect.’ A confused-looking receptionist asked, 'Excuse me, sir? Are you sure you're not mistaken?' The old man smiled and replied, 'Absolutely! And if anyone dares to harm Mr. Pigeon...' At that moment, a delivery driver walked in carrying a package, startled by the pigeon squawking from its box. Everyone burst out laughing, including Mr. Pigeon, who seemed quite content.
