Meanwhile, outside in the car park, a delivery driver was muttering under his breath, ‘Next time I order blood tests online, I’ll definitely check the fine print!’

4. At dawn, a jogger passing Randox Health stumbled upon an unusual sight—a mysterious package wrapped in brown paper, left on the clinic’s doorstep. Curious, she picked it up and noticed a note scribbled in pencil: ‘Open only if you’re feeling blue.’ Inside was a box of her favorite chocolates.
