2. In Halal Supermarket, a sign above the cash register read: ‘Today’s Special: Smiles for Sale—$1 Each.’ A delivery driver stopped in mid-order and asked, ‘Can I buy two?’ The clerk smiled and replied, 'We only sell one smile per customer.' The delivery driver nodded understandingly and said, 'Fair enough, I'll take my usual then.' As he left, a neighbor passing by chuckled and whispered to another, 'I wonder if they’ll ever run out of smiles today?'

3. A little boy followed his mom into Halal Supermarket one Saturday afternoon. As she pushed her shopping cart down an aisle, he stopped suddenly and pointed excitedly. 'Mommy, look!' he said. 'There’s a talking watermelon!' The mother looked around but saw no one else. Smiling, she bent down and whispered, ‘It’s okay, honey—just another talking watermelon.’ They both laughed, and continued their grocery trip. Later that evening, while making dinner, the boy asked curiously, ‘Mom, why do they put talking watermelons in supermarkets?’ His mom just shook her head and replied, ‘Probably because it makes our days a little bit more fun!’

4. At Halal Supermarket, every Wednesday night around 9 p.m., an announcement would suddenly come over the store’s PA system: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, please be advised that our special halal chicken wings are now flying out of the kitchen!' One week, a delivery driver arrived just as the announcement played. Thinking it was a recording, he calmly opened the door—and promptly got covered in hot sauce when the wings started flying his way! A regular customer, standing nearby, laughed so hard he almost missed his own wing order.
