2. Late one night, a worried neighbor knocked on Dixons door, pointing towards the empty lot next door and whispering, ‘Listen… do you hear that?’ The old man listened intently, then smiled and said, 'No mate, that's just Mr. Smith from across the street practicing his violin.' They both laughed, and as they turned away, someone inside Dixons yelled, 'And it's Saturday night—of course there's music!'

The agent smiled and replied, ‘We’ve got a few, but none as spooky as your usual place.’ The customer laughed, and just then a delivery driver walked in, muttering about seeing a ghostly figure outside. The agent shook his head and said, ‘That’s just our new sign, it keeps blowing around.’

4. In the early hours of dawn, a delivery driver pulled up outside Dixons with a mysterious package. As he approached the front desk, he exclaimed, ‘I found something peculiar in the van today.’ Upon opening it, everyone discovered an old, dusty doll dressed in a vintage suit. 'Who on earth could’ve sent us this?' asked the manager. A nearby neighbor chimed in, 'Maybe it's from that eccentric billionaire down the street!' The whole office burst out laughing, and soon enough, the doll became a mascot for Dixons.
