As he unloaded crates of apples, one particularly heavy box kept sliding off its pallet and landing on his foot. Each time it happened, the whole aisle would erupt in laughter from customers who thought it was part of some prank. Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, the driver managed to secure the crate properly.
