Puzzled, she checked the office—everyone had left hours ago. Then she noticed a small light blinking on her desk phone. ‘Hello?’ she said into the receiver. A voice replied, ‘Is that you, Ms. Jones? Just wanted to say goodnight.’ Turning around, she found herself face-to-face with an empty room. The next morning, everyone agreed it must’ve been a delivery driver playing a prank.
