1. One morning, a delivery driver arrived early with a box full of mysterious packages. As he approached RE/MAX, he noticed an old man pacing nervously outside. The old man whispered something about ‘missing keys,’ and the delivery guy, thinking quickly, pretended to fiddle with his own keys while surreptitiously opening one package. Inside was a tiny model house made from chocolate. The neighbor later joked that maybe RE/MAX had been selling sweet deals after all.

2. In the dead of night, a RE/MAX office received an unusual visitor. A neighbor knocked frantically on the door, whispering that he’d seen a ghostly figure lurking outside. The realtor opened the door cautiously and peered out into the darkness. To his relief, it was just their late-night delivery driver, who had mistakenly parked in front of the wrong building. The neighbor laughed nervously, relieved himself, and quietly left, muttering something about ‘ghosts these days’.

3. A sign outside the RE/MAX office read, ‘Buy happiness today!’ But no one noticed it until late autumn, when pumpkins started appearing overnight. One day, a delivery driver asked curiously, 'Why do you keep bringing us pumpkins?' The receptionist smiled mysteriously and replied, 'They’re for our Halloween party.' The driver nodded knowingly, thinking it was some sort of RE/MAX tradition. Come October, everyone arrived dressed as real estate agents—complete with pumpkin-shaped brochures.

4. At closing time, a small dog rushed into the RE/MAX office, sniffing curiously around the empty desks. Everyone watched in surprise as it paused near a framed poster, then began barking excitedly. Suddenly, an old man appeared from behind a desk, rubbing his eyes and muttering something about ‘late-night showings again’. The dog stopped barking and wagged its tail happily, jumping onto his lap. With a smile, he said, 'Hey little fella, you’re just like that pesky buyer who always shows up at odd hours!'
