At closing time, the staff of Delicate Smiles noticed something odd on the bathroom mirror: a note that read, ‘Your next patient is waiting.’ Curious, one of the dentists followed the note’s cryptic instruction and found an elderly gentleman standing outside, holding a bouquet of flowers and saying he’d been waiting for his appointment since last week’s rain delayed him. Everyone had a good laugh, and Delicate Smiles earned another loyal customer.
