About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. At midnight, when most clinics are quiet, University Health Center’s waiting room suddenly filled with the sound of classical music. A regular patient, dozing in his chair, woke up startled but couldn’t see anyone near the old gramophone that nobody remembered existed. Suddenly, an elderly gentleman appeared from behind a curtain, bowing gracefully and apologizing for the inconvenience. 'I’m just practicing my Bach,' he said, then vanished as quickly as he came. The next morning, everyone found out it was Professor Jenkins, who used to give impromptu concerts there every Wednesday.
2. One morning, while collecting empty cups from the clinic's parking lot, a janitor found an old, dusty violin case. Curious, he opened it and discovered… nothing but a note inside: ‘Play me if you dare, but don’t forget to return me.’ The janitor shrugged and thought, 'Why not?' He took out his phone, dialed random numbers until someone answered, and asked, 'Hey, can you come pick up your violin?' Turns out it belonged to a regular who always forgot things here. The whole office had a good laugh over that one.
3. In the early hours of the morning, a nurse on duty heard a strange giggle coming from one of the examination rooms. Peering inside, she saw nothing but an empty bed and a small toy bear that had been left behind. Suddenly, the toy bear twirled around and started dancing to an old folk song. The nurse, slightly amused, approached it with a smile. Turns out, it was just a prank played by a delivery driver who thought it would brighten her night.
4. In the middle of the night, a sleepy nurse heard an unusual sound coming from outside the clinic. Curious, she peeked through the window and saw something that made her laugh out loud: a small dog patiently waiting in line for its turn at the reception counter. The nurse opened the door wider, and the little dog trotted inside, wagging its tail excitedly. Seeing no one else around, it jumped onto the counter, sat down neatly, and began licking its paws. The nurse burst into laughter again, thinking, ‘Who would’ve guessed our late-night visitor is just another regular?’
