About this location
A few stories people tell about this place
1. Late one night, an anonymous delivery driver pulled up outside Tarek’s office. The air was filled with a strange, sweet scent—like someone had baked cookies in a million-dollar mansion. Curious, he peered inside and saw nothing but empty rooms and dimly lit hallways. Suddenly, from behind a half-open door came the sound of classical music and laughter. Our delivery man followed it down a dusty corridor until he found himself in a grand ballroom, complete with chandeliers and dancing couples in period costumes. Turns out, Tarek was throwing a secret costume party for his properties’ neighbors. The driver left with a smile, thinking, ‘Next time I deliver after dark, maybe I’ll bring my tuxedo!’
2. One morning, while Tarek was showing a house, he noticed something odd on the real estate board. Instead of listing prices or locations, it read: ‘Buy here and get a free vacation!’ Everyone assumed it was just a prank until more boards appeared around town. Soon enough, everyone in town started buying houses left and right—even those who didn’t want them. A regular ended up owning half the neighborhood without realizing it! Eventually, Tarek discovered that the mysterious sign-maker was just an enthusiastic delivery driver who loved seeing people happy. The whole town had a good laugh over it, and now whenever someone buys a new place, they say, ‘Thanks to our friendly delivery man!’
3. One day, a delivery driver left a mysterious package on Tarek’s desk. Curious, Tarek opened it to find… nothing but an old key and a note that read: ‘Use with caution.’ Intrigued, Tarek tried the key in his office door—it unlocked smoothly. Inside was just another empty room, but there, hanging from a nail, he found a dusty sign reading ‘Lost & Found.’ With a laugh, Tarek realized the joke: someone had played a prank, leaving him the key to nowhere. From then on, whenever anyone asked for his help buying houses, Tarek would wink and say, “It’s not what you see, it’s who you know.”
4. Early in the morning, before sunrise, a delivery truck pulled up to Tarek’s office. The driver vanished into thin air as soon as he stepped out of the vehicle. Inside the truck was an empty box labeled ‘office supplies’. A few minutes later, Tarek emerged with a new coffee machine and smiled at his surprised neighbor across the street. ‘Guess someone decided I needed a better cup of Joe,’ he joked.
